By applying for MISS GOA UK 2026, I confirm that:

• I hereby declare that I am a woman aged 18 years or above.

• I confirm my agreement that attendance in person at my selected regional audition venue is mandatory.

• I declare that I possess a valid passport and am eligible to travel internationally.

• If selected through auditions in my country or preferred venue, I understand and accept that my travel and accommodation to the United Kingdom will be fully covered by the organisers and/or sponsors. I confirm my availability to travel from 3rd September 2026.

• I acknowledge and agree that the judging panel will review my submitted photograph prior to the in-person audition.

• I understand that Semi-Finalists will be selected through the auditions, and if chosen as a Semi-Finalist at the auditions, I confirm my availability to attend training and rehearsals in London on 4th September 2026 and the Grand Finale on 6th September 2026, at Radisson Red, Heathrow London..

• I understand that the organisers will provide my costume, and I accept full responsibility for its care during the finale.

Code of Conduct & Liability

• I agree to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.

• I agree to follow all instructions given by the organisers, judges, and staff.

• I understand that the organisers and venue are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

• I understand that participation is at my own risk, whether during the auditions or the Grand Finale.

• I understand that the fee includes exclusive membership, access to members-only events, and basic costs, including auditions, training, participation certificate, finalist sash, and winning crown.

• I grant the organisers irrevocable rights to use my photographs, videos, and likeness as outlined.

• I understand that selected contestants will be offered a one-year Artist Management contract with J&D Entertainment Ltd and agree to its terms.

Costume & Competition Format

All costumes for the pageant shall be exclusively designed and provided by Oorvi Desai/or other designer.
The competition will consist of three rounds only: Indo-Western Gowns, Traditional Gowns, and Western Gowns. Designs may be viewed on the designer’s official website.
The pageant shall not include any bikini, swimsuit, beachwear, or mature-themed categories.
