These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in Miss Goa International UK (“the Programme”). By applying or participating, you (“Participant”) agree to these Terms.

Miss Goa International UK is managed by J&D Entertainment Ltd, Navayah Films and Moqui Pictures, supporting opportunities for the Goan diaspora in the United Kingdom.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Participants must meet the eligibility criteria stated on the official website.
1.2 Participants must be of Goan origin by birth or ancestry.
1.3 Participants must be legally residing in the UK.
1.4 Participants must provide accurate and truthful information.

2. Application & Selection

2.1 Entry requires completion of the official submission form and payment of the participation fee.
2.2 The selection process includes online submissions and may include in-person rounds.
2.3 Submission does not guarantee selection.
2.4 The organisers’ decision is final.

3. Participation Fee

3.1 All participation fees are non-refundable.
3.2 Fees are used towards programme management, administration, and event costs.
3.3 Non-selection does not entitle the Participant to a refund.
3.4 Participants agree not to raise disputes or claims regarding non-selection.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

• Behave respectfully and professionally
• Follow organiser instructions
• Avoid misconduct or reputational harm to the programme
• Not provide false information

Organisers may disqualify any Participant for misconduct.

5. Model Release & Media Consent

By participating, the Participant grants J&D Entertainment Ltd, Navayah Films and Moqui Pictures, and Miss Goa International UK:

5.1 An irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, unlimited licence to use photographs, videos, recordings, and likeness.
5.2 Rights to use media in social media, print, digital platforms, television, films, advertising, and publicity.
5.3 Rights to edit, adapt, publish, or reproduce content for promotional purposes.
5.4 Permission without additional compensation.
5.5 Permission for use without time limitation.

Participants waive any right to inspect or approve final materials.

6. Winner’s Management Contract

• The winning contestant will be offered a contract with J&D Entertainment Ltd for a period of one year.
• This agreement ensures professional artist management services and access to career opportunities, including media, entertainment, and promotional engagements.
• By accepting the title, the winner agrees to enter into this management contract under the terms set by J&D Entertainment Ltd.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and materials belong to the organisers. Participants may not use event branding without written permission.

8. Health & Safety

Participants confirm they are physically and mentally fit to participate. Organisers are not liable for health issues arising during participation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UK law:

• Organisers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Organisers are not responsible for technical failures or submission issues
• Participation is at the Participant’s own risk

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed according to the website Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

11. Disqualification

Organisers reserve the right to disqualify Participants who:

• Breach these Terms
• Provide false information
• Engage in misconduct

12. Eligibility – Gender Requirement

Miss Goa International UK is a women’s pageant celebrating women of Goan heritage. Participation is open only to individuals who are female by birth and legally recognised as female. Applicants must meet this requirement at the time of application.

By applying, participants confirm that they meet these criteria. The organisers reserve the right to verify eligibility at any stage.

13. Changes to the Programme

Organisers may modify schedules, venues, format, or rules if necessary.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
