Former UK Minister and MP now Chairman of Silver Star Diabetes a global charity and the Integration Foundation.

Keith Vaz was the first person of Goan heritage to serve in the British Parliament. He served for 32 years as one of Britain’s longest-serving Asian MPs and held roles as a Justice and Foreign Office Minister. Educated at Cambridge, he is a qualified lawyer. He founded Silver Star Diabetes, a charity dedicated to raising awareness of diabetes, and is the Founder Chairman of the Integration Foundation, based in London and Chicago, supporting diaspora communities.

Holly prentice

British Actress

Holly is a professional actress who has worked across film, TV and theatre with extensive skills as a martial artist, stunt performer and professional dancer. Her recent screen credits include an exciting upcoming Hollywood action feature, BBC’s EastEnders and the action drama Double Kill, playing twin assassins ‘Kia & Lina’, which is now available now on Amazon Prime. Other credits include; Jane in the action thriller Bad Day at the Office, Emma in Hindsight; the world’s first one-shot improvised feature film and stunt work on The Witcher: Blood Origin, The Marvels, and The Crown for Netflix. 

Holly also co-produces her own films with co-owner Jake Waring with their production company SFC Studios, here in London. 

Holly is thrilled to be joining the judges for this year’s Miss Goa International 2026.

Savio Terry, of Goan origin, is a Lounge Manager at Heathrow with a strong background in hospitality, customer experience and people management. He previously worked with Qatar Airways in Doha, gaining valuable experience in international aviation and premium customer service. Passionate about recognising talent and celebrating achievement, Savio is committed to helping others reach their potential.

SEAZEL FERNANDES

Cancer biologist, PHD Research
Scholar

Goan origin honoured with the Top Student Award and the prestigious Top Project Award by the Royal Society of Biology (UK) at the House of Commons, Palace of Westminster, London.
Her work focuses on chemoresistance and cancer cell proliferation, with the aim of advancing understanding of cancer biology and contributing to more effective treatments.

MEUREL BEVERLY VIEGAS

International Pageant Titleholder

Goan origin, an international pageant titleholder, professional runway model and hospitality professional. Crowned Miss Asia India 2023 and a Top 5 State Finalist at Femina Miss India 2024, she has represented India internationally and made history as the first Goan to walk at London Fashion Week.

A certified advocate for Shout 85258, Meurel also serves as Cluster Assistant Front Office Manager with Clermont Hotel Group, overseeing operations across two London properties. Her experience in pageantry, fashion, advocacy and leadership brings a valuable perspective to the Miss Goa UK International selection committee..
